I want to share my gratitude for working with Shwetha Pai, family lawyer by Nazarian Law. After work with a different family lawyer over years, I found, I had lost so much money and time over mistakes made in court.
It took a better part of me and trusting the system.

Finally I found the courage to change lawyers and got connected with Shwetha Pai.

My case is extremely difficult as my ex left the country without paying child support and spousal support. We lost our home, and had no money for food. This kind of financial crisis and abuse needs to be documented everywhere for being able to be used as proof in court. Being harassed I demands a lot of documents to prof, anyone who has experience this can sign.

This kind of abuse is extreme and it is complicated because of jurisdiction and him living suddenly on a different continent. But Shwetha has the understanding for abuse, financial abuse and emotional abuse. I never felt judged by her or she has never made it difficult for me to raise my voice. Shwetha has now knitted together an extremely strong agreement and case for me and our son. When I found myself in the process of submitting documents, I crumbled by the abuse and started to redraw, only because of anxiety. She send me an email saying “ You are not alone”. It brings us hope for a safe future after abuse over so many years.
