Aron brings a unique blend of business and legal expertise to his practice, specializing in corporate-commercial law with a focus on startups, technology, M&A, and artificial intelligence. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2019, he holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa, a Master’s from the London School of Economics, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor.

With nearly a decade of experience in the private and public sectors, including roles at KPMG’s Big Data Institute and the United Nations, Aron has honed his ability to tackle complex challenges with practical, data-driven solutions. His legal career includes working with a regional firm in Ontario and as Corporate Counsel for a publicly traded company, where he managed regulatory compliance and international corporate matters.

Aron is deeply engaged in the startup ecosystem, leveraging his experience as a multi-time founder and accelerator advisor to guide businesses through funding and growth.

Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, travelling, and quality time with his family.
