Armen Nazarian founded Nazarian Law on a premise that is uncommon in the legal industry. Most law firms are run by lawyers who manage the firm on the side. At Nazarian Law, the firm is led by a dedicated CEO responsible for ensuring it operates at the highest possible level. That means stronger systems, better supported lawyers, and a client experience that is deliberate at every stage. When firm leadership is focused entirely on the client experience, the entire firm performs at a higher level because of it.
Armen holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management and an LLB (Hons) from City St George’s, University of London. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Waterfront Business Improvement Area, the business community in which Nazarian Law operates.
Armen leads with direct involvement in the firm’s team, systems, and client experience. Weekly strategic meetings, quarterly performance reviews built on two-way feedback, and personal engagement on complex client matters ensure the firm consistently performs at its highest level. Nazarian Law is deliberately technology-driven, with systems that strengthen coordination and legal strategy across every file. He holds the firm’s culture to the same standard, reflected in a structured mentorship model, team events, and a culture that takes its team seriously. That commitment exists for a specific reason. Outside the office, Armen is an avid reader across business, fiction, and self-development. He is committed to his health, enjoys cooking, and maintains close ties with his family, friends, and the Armenian community in Toronto.
