Junior Family Lawyer

Nazarian Law is a technology-driven, Toronto-based law firm focused exclusively on Family Law. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and capable Junior Family Lawyer to join our expanding team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Draft and review domestic contracts tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, including prenuptial and cohabitation agreements
- Represent clients in court proceedings, case conferences, motions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Provide strategic legal advice on divorce, parenting, child support, spousal support, and property division matters
- Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, financial statements, and agreements
- Develop case strategies aligned with client objectives and realistic outcomes
- Conduct legal research and stay current with developments in Ontario family law
- Independently manage and advance a personal client portfolio
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Ontario and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Minimum 1 year of experience specifically in Family Law
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple files with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional client manner
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated commitment to ethics, professionalism, and integrity
- Comfortable using legal research tools and practice management software
Benefits:
- Salary range: $60,000 – $80,000 per year
